You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it without authorization, or using it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for having any consents required to record or process your callers' information where you operate.
Your data
Call recordings, transcripts, and caller details processed on your behalf are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doyce AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed calls or notifications.
